Here at Go Slō, we want to make your experience as enjoyable as we can. Although we may not be perfect (who is?) we will try our best which is why our culture means so much to us. We treat all people with respect and meet them where they are in each individual situation and are inclusive of all people from all backgrounds.

Go Slō Gym and Slō Moves Matwork can be booked up to 3 months in advance to allow all people fair access to these classes.

Class cancellation policy: Group Classes must be cancelled up to 8 hours before class time. Studio Lessons must be cancelled 24 hours before class time.

Our classes are designed to be small and have limited space so we do encourage you to cancel within the allocated time to give someone else the chance to go slō.

Turn up early (5-10 minutes is good) so you can be ready to go slō.

Place all belongings in the shelves provided.

Phones off or on silent please.

While on the apparatus, no zippers on your activewear. Respect.

Clean you area after use with the cleaning products provided.
