EDS/HDS, POTS & MCAS Movement Program

Movement for Connective Tissue & Dysautonomia

You already know your body is more complex than most advice accounts for. You've tried the approaches that weren't built for you. And you're done starting over.

Most movement advice wasn't built for a hypermobile body, dysautonomia or reactive mast cells. It assumes a stable system, a predictable response, and a straightforward relationship between effort and outcome. For people living with hypermobility and its associated conditions, that advice doesn't just fall short. It can set you back.

This program is different because it starts where you actually are.

About the program

The EDS/POTS/MCAS Movement Program is a 16-week online group program designed specifically for people living with hypermobility, dysautonomia and its associated conditions. It is built around four progressive blocks: nervous system regulation, mobility and area release, strength and load tolerance, and integration and independence.

All sessions are delivered live online with recordings available, so you never miss out on a bad day.

The goal is not to push through. It is not about chasing range of motion. It is to build a body that feels safe, stable, and capable of showing up consistently on the good days and the hard ones.

Why I built this

I built this because I live it too.

I know what it is to search for support that actually understands your body. To try approaches that leave you worse than when you started. To want someone to just get it, without having to explain yourself from scratch every time.

That experience shapes everything about how I work. The people I have worked with who made the most meaningful progress were not the ones who pushed through. They were the ones who learned to show up consistently, modify rather than stop, and trust what their body was telling them.

That kind of support should not be so hard to find. This program exists because it still is.

This program is for you if:

You are living with hypermobility, dysautonomia and its associated complexities, whether or not you have a formal diagnosis. You have tried movement approaches that did not account for your body. You are ready to do this differently, with support from someone who understands why that matters.
